All Ornament Swap assignments were sent one week ago on November 15th, we hope you got yours! (If not please check your spam filter ASAP and contact us!)

Now begins the FUN PART, folks! Use your powers of creativity, love, and empathy to create something really awesome and original for your recipient... here are a few ideas. All registered participants who have sent us their confirmation email will receive their Swap assignments no later than Thursday, November 16th. Then, the crafting can begin! Thank you to all who registered & confirmed, we have had a record response this year, and we are looking forward to a fantastic Swap!

Hello, Swappers!

Registration continues to roll along, and will be open until this Sunday November 12th at 6pm EST. If you have been waiting, wait no longer! Sign up now! After registration closes, you can expect to receive your Swap assignments no later than Thursday, November 16th. Then the crafting can begin!

When you register, we send you a confirmation email that requires your response in order to complete the registration process. Depending on how your email filter is set up, that email can end up languishing in your spam folder unless we are in your contacts, and you might miss it! Putting us in your email contacts is the #1 Golden Rule, and when you register, you are asked to read and agree to these rules. So, there are a few folks whose confirmation responses we are still waiting for. If your first initial and the first three letters of your last name are listed below, we need to hear from you soon, or you may miss the registration deadline at the end of this weekend. Please check your spam folder and put us in your contacts.

Hello Swappers!

Registration remains open from now until November 12th at 6pm EST. If you haven't already registered, what are you waiting for? It's super easy, just fill out the form at "Swap Sign Up" right here on our blog. 

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from us within about 24 hours; that email requires a response from you to complete the registration process! Please do not forget this final step; if we do not receive your reply to the confirmation email, you will not be included in the swap!

Please be sure that rememberingswaps@gmail.com is in your contacts. This is one of our Golden Rules for participation in the Swap, and it's important! Putting us in your contacts is the only way to guarantee important time-sensitive Swap info does not get swept into your spam folder.

Registration is now open for the 2017 Remembering Together Holiday Ornament Swap!

If you plan to participate in the 2017 Swap,

please read the rules and complete the registration form.

Registration will be open from now until Sunday, November 12th (6 pm EST),

and you will receive your Swap assignment(s)

no later than Thursday, November 16th.

The shipping date this year is Tuesday, December 5th;

so your ornament must be in the mail by this date

so that all ornaments reach their intended families before the holidays.

After you submit your registration form, please watch for a confirmation email from us; a quick reply to that email is required to complete your registration. Please put our email address in your Contacts so you do not miss it! You will not be registered if you do not reply to the confirmation email.
